Anne M. Frayne was born in Springfield Ohio on March 1,1954. She was admitted to the Ohio bar in 1979, the US District Court for the Southern District of Ohio in 1980, the US Tax Court in 1984, the U.S. Supreme Court in 2000, and also the US District Court for the Northern District of Ohio and the US Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit.
